Devil’s Crossing – Zombie Western

We’ve seen zombie RomComs, zombies in the future and now the zombie genre is being combined with the Western and it’s about time too. Devil’s Crossing is a independent zombie Western, written and directed by Ryan Gray, that has just wrapped principal photography in North Carolina. Where the film had to go through two cities before they were allowed to start shooting as local governments were fearful of reprisals due to it’s “shockingly mature content and overall disgusting nature of the film”. Where as to me, and many other zombie fans I would believe, this statement just makes me want to watch it more!

Although, so far, it is only going to be released in North Carolina and some of it’s surrounding states, with DVD and the net being so easy to access these days it shouldn’t be long before we can all take a look at this excellent mix of genres. With a trailer due to hit sometime this month the film is due for release in late April.
